New Zealand Orders $10
Overseas Orders - Based on weight and size of item/s and is visible in the cart as you are shopping. Overseas customers are responsible for any import tax into the country of destination. Shipping times vary from 7 days to 5 weeks.
Off season website orders. From the 21st of December through to March every year, website orders will take a very long time to ship. Often the orders will not be shipped until mid-March. As we are closed for summer holidays, then out of the country purchasing the new season's stock.
April through 21st December website ordering. Galtons Christmas World endeavour to dispatch your order within 72 working hours of ordering. If for some reason this can not be done we will contact you within this time-frame. Delivery time will be determined by the courier company, within New Zealand delivery time is normally within 3 to 7 days. Overseas delivery time is dependent on the type of service selected, an estimated delivery time will be email to you when the goods are dispatched. With all deliveries we do recommend to supply a contact phone number.
Galtons Christmas World insures that all orders are packed extremely well packed so there are no breakages in transit to you. All items are insured to your door for your peace of mind.
Returns, Refunds & Claims Policy
Galtons Christmas World only deal with quality products so if you are not satisfied with your items purchased via our website please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Galtons Christmas World follow all requirements under The New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act for personal shoppers. All faulty or damaged merchandise will be replace as promptly as possible. If a replacement or exchange item for the faulty or damaged item is not available within a reasonable period of time we will refund the item in full to the card or account it was paid from.
To arrange a return please contact us with 48 hours of receiving the goods, the returns procedure will then be discussed with you. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, the item and the packaging (eg gift boxing) must be in perfect condition before any returns are accepted. On receipt of returned goods a refund minus the freight charges will be processed. No returns are accepted on discounted or sale priced items unless they are faulty or damaged in transit. For return items that are not faulty the consumer is responsible for the return freight costs.

Your details are used for the purpose of processing your order, no details are passed on or sold. If you contact us via the website or placed an order, you will have an option to opt in / remain subscribe to the email database. If you no longer wish to be subscribed to the database, you can update your preferences when an email arrives or contact us via our website and deselect the opt in option when.
Pricing & Payment Options
All pricing is in New Zealand dollars including GST. Prices and product availability are constantly updated and monitored. All efforts are made to keep prices and items current, however Galtons Christmas World reserves the right to alter the price under some rare circumstances. If this unusual circumstance applies to you, we will contact you.
There are various methods of payments available to you for your convenience. All major credit cards are accepted. There is also an option of direct credit, please state your name and order number.
